Diario al Día | La Vega, República Dominicana — Juan Luis Jiménez Adames fue condenado este martes a 30 años de prisión por un tribunal de La Vega, luego de ser hallado responsable por los hechos relacionados con la doble pérdida de Marisela Rodríguez y Arianny Marte, un caso que generó atención nacional.
La sentencia impuesta por el tribunal establece la pena máxima contemplada actualmente y también ordena al exagente de la Policía Nacional pagar una indemnización de 11 millones de pesos dominicanos, otra de 2 y otra de 1 millón, a favor de las partes correspondientes.
El proceso judicial contra Juan Luis Jiménez concluyó con una decisión que familiares de las víctimas esperaban como respuesta dentro del sistema de justicia, tras los acontecimientos que conmocionaron a la provincia de La Vega y al país.
