Diario al Día | Barahona, República Dominicana — Janniris Soto Vizcaíno fue arrestada en San Cristóbal por agentes del Departamento de Investigaciones Criminales (DICRIM), junto al Departamento de Prófugos, tras un trabajo de inteligencia relacionado con una investigación por una presunta estafa registrada en perjuicio de un ciudadano de la provincia Barahona.
La detención de Janniris Soto Vizcaíno se realizó mediante la orden judicial No. 2026-AJ0038952, emitida por las autoridades competentes, debido a su presunta vinculación con un caso en el que se habría producido una estafa superior a los RD$400,000.00 contra el señor Isidoro Omardy Féliz.
Según los registros policiales, la detenida era activamente buscada por las autoridades y figuraba con otros requerimientos judiciales pendientes relacionados con hechos similares de presunta estafa.
El operativo que permitió la captura de Janniris Soto Vizcaíno fue desarrollado como parte de las labores de seguimiento e inteligencia realizadas por los organismos investigativos, con el objetivo de ubicar a personas requeridas por la justicia.
Luego de su arresto en San Cristóbal, la mujer fue trasladada bajo custodia policial hasta la ciudad de Barahona, donde será presentada ante el Ministerio Público para continuar con el proceso legal correspondiente.
La Dirección Regional Sur de la Policía Nacional informó que mantiene sus acciones dirigidas a localizar personas con asuntos pendientes ante la justicia, al tiempo que destacó la importancia del cumplimiento de las disposiciones judiciales.
